Terms of Use

By accessing the site, registering, or using my tools and services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the Disclaimer and warnings.

• You must provide accurate, current information when registering.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and your sign-in credentials.
• Accounts are for personal use. Do not share your access with anyone else.

The research and content published on the site is for education and personal use. You are free to take the ideas, structures, templates and code examples and apply them in your own work or projects.

You may not copy whole pieces, republish them, resell them, or extract content in bulk by automated means for republication or commercial use, without written permission.

The site may provide financial analysis tools and services — screening financial statements for risk, searching and analysing MD&A, and governance assessment — on the following additional terms.

• The licence granted is personal, for one account (one person), and non-transferable, for your own research and due diligence. Do not share an account or use one across a team or organisation.
• Output is to inform your own decision, and is not investment advice (see the Disclaimer). I do not warrant that it is accurate or complete.
• Do not republish, resell, embed in a product or service, or otherwise commercially exploit the output without written permission. For team or organisational use, or for a commercial licence, contact contact@boomleverage.com and we will put a specific agreement in place.
• Do not use the output, or API responses, to train models, build datasets, or develop a product or service that competes with my tools.
• Some tools are subscription-based. Price, billing period and cancellation terms are stated on the product page when the product is available. Some products are still marked “coming soon” — early-access sign-ups only, and nothing is charged.

All content on the site, in the research, and in the tools — text, video, code examples, images, analytical output and design — is my intellectual property or that of my licensors, unless stated otherwise.

• Prices for tools and services are shown on the product page, in Thai baht. Any figure presented in another currency is a reference only; the amount charged is the baht amount.
• Payment is accepted by credit or debit card (Visa/Mastercard), processed by Stripe. I do not store your card number.
• Access is granted once payment is confirmed. For subscription products, the payment method and billing period are stated when the product becomes available.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

• Do not use the site for anything unlawful or in violation of anyone else's rights.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, or damage it.
• Do not copy or extract data in bulk by automated means (scraping), or exceed your plan's quota or rate limits without permission.
• Do not share, resell or pool accounts or API keys across users or organisations that are not licensed.
• Do not reverse engineer, or circumvent security, authentication or usage metering.

All content and analytical output is provided “as is”, for education. I warrant no outcome from its use, and it is not investment advice. Please read the Disclaimer and warnings.

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, investment opportunity, or trading and investment losses, arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or the tools and services — even if the possibility of such damage was made known.

To the extent permitted by law, my total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site or the tools and services will not exceed the amount you paid me for that product or service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Availability: unless a service level agreement is set out in writing in an organisational package, I warrant no uptime, speed or continuity for the site, the API or the tools. Standard and entry-level plans carry no SLA and no service credits. The service may be interrupted by maintenance, by third-party providers (hosting, payments, AI models), or by events outside my control, and I am not liable for damage arising from interruption, delay or unavailability, including missed or delayed trading orders. This tool is not designed as a real-time order-routing system or a mission-critical system.

Nothing above excludes or limits liability to the extent the law does not permit it to be limited — for example, fraud or wilful misconduct.

I may revise the content, features, pricing or these terms from time to time, updating the date at the top. Continued use means you accept the current version.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Thailand.
